We're looking for a hands-on Creative strategist (ops & scriptwriting) for Meta ads to own the execution of our Meta ads creative pipeline — scripting, UGC management, and shoot coordination.

You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, who leads creative strategy and performance analysis. Your job is to translate that strategy into production — consistently and at speed. That means writing scripts, briefing creators, keeping the content pipeline moving, and making sure shoots run smoothly.

You won't be defining which angles to test or setting revenue goals — but you'll be the person who makes it all happen on the ground. You'll also work closely with our Traffic Manager and internal creative team (video editor, motion designer).

This is an execution-first role. We need someone fast, organized, and fluent in what makes a Meta ad perform.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing

Scriptwriting & Creative Briefs

  • Translate creative directions and angles defined by the Head of Growth into conversion-focused scripts and hooks

  • Write clear, structured briefs for UGC creators and our internal video editor

  • Adapt scripts and messaging across markets (FR, DE, US and others), working with translators where needed

  • Propose format variations and hook alternatives within validated creative directions

UGC Management

  • Source, brief, and manage a pool of UGC creators

  • Own the content pipeline: briefing → delivery → feedback → handoff to editing

  • Ensure creator content meets performance and brand standards before post-production

Shoot Organization

  • Coordinate internal and external video shoots: logistics, casting, shot lists, scheduling

  • Support our video director and editors to keep shoots efficient and on-brief

Creative Execution & Iteration

  • Implement feedback from the Head of Growth on scripts, edits, and creative output

  • Flag production blockers, delays, or quality issues early

  • Maintain an organized creative library, naming conventions, and delivery tracker

Profil recherché

👀 What We're Looking For

  • A first solid experience in performance creative, social video production, or UGC management for D2C brands (internship or 1–2 years at least)

  • Ability to write scripts and briefs for Meta video ads that convert

  • Some hands-on experience managing or briefing UGC creators

  • Highly organized and reliable: you own your pipeline and flag issues before they become problems

  • Strong written French and English (a must); German or Spanish a plus

  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and cultural contexts

  • Familiar with Meta ad formats and how creatives are structured for testing

  • Based in Paris

  • Bonus: experience coordinating video shoots or working alongside an in-house production team

  3. Debrief interview – Walk-through of your case study with the VP Acquisition & Head of Growth

  4. Optional: Culture fit call – Informal chat with the creative team (Traffic Manager, video editor, motion designer)
