Job Description

We’re looking for a People Operations specialist to support our People team and help us structure solid, reliable HR foundations as we grow.

You’ll work closely with Lucie, Head of People, in a hands-on role: executing core HR operations, making sure everything runs smoothly on a daily basis, and continuously suggesting improvements to make things more efficient and scalable.

🚀 Your Missions

People Operations (40%)

You’ll ensure HR operations are reliable, structured, and error-free.

  • Oversee payroll operations with the Head of People across 5 countries, coordinating inputs and ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time, without errors (Payfit for France)

  • Handle day-to-day HR administration, draft contracts, making sure everything is clean, compliant, and properly documented

  • Maintain and update employee administrative records on our HRIS (Lucca)

  • Identify what can be improved in our processes and actively contribute to making them more efficient, notably by leveraging automation and AI

Office Management (20%)

You will play a key role in ensuring that the workplace is smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable, contributing directly to employee satisfaction. (e-NPS)

  • Ensure the office runs smoothly on a daily basis, while continuously improving the space and how it is used

  • Organize events across our Paris and international offices (team lunches every month, 2 -3 team buildings per year and an annual seminar),

  • Manage workplace logistics (equipment, setup) handled with no delays or blockers

Onboarding (20%)

You will own the onboarding experience end-to-end, making sure every new joiner arrives in the best possible conditions and quickly feels aligned and welcomed.

  • Prepare and run onboarding for all new hires (around 2 new-joiners/month) in France and international

  • Ensure 100% of new hires have all tools and setup ready on day one and contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience

Learning & Development (20%)

You will support how people grow within the company by ensuring training is well organized and easy to access.

  • Coordination and follow-up of individual training programs, including preparation of funding applications when needed

  • 1 collective training session is successfully organized per quarter

This list is not exhaustive — you will also contribute to broader HR projects as the company grows, and may occasionally support recruitment efforts.

Preferred Experience

  • You have a background in HR with a solid understanding of payroll and legal topics, and bring strong rigor and reliability — details matter and nothing slips through

  • You are curious about automation and AI, and actively look for ways to improve processes and suggest better ways of working

  • You are someone people enjoy being around, contributing to a positive atmosphere and strong team connections

  • You care about team cohesion and help make the company a place where people genuinely enjoy working

  • You are fluent in French and English, and comfortable discussing women’s health topics (pelvic floor, intimacy, etc.)
